Where Do You Ship To?

At this time, we are only able to offer shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories.

Please note that we cannot ship to APO & FPO addresses.


Standard Shipping

The standard shipping price is $6.99 for orders under $100 (pre-tax) for the contiguous United States. Orders over $100 (pre-tax) ship free with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Please email us at customerservice@katanacouture.com and we will offer you a discounted shipping rate if your order is over $100 and is to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or a U.S. territory.

Orders will either be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on parcel weight and delivery destination. If you have a specific preference as to which service you would like us to use, please email us at customerservice@katanacouture.com with your order number.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number and you will be notified via e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.


Order Processing

Due to an unusually high volume of orders this holiday season, we currently require five (5)- seven (7) business days to process and ship your order. Please keep in mind it can take anywhere from three (3) to ten (10) business days for your order to be delivered after shipment. Your order processing time may vary depending on the method of payment used and time it takes for funds to clear. To prevent additional delays in order processing time, we recommend paying via credit or debit card.


Expedited Shipping

If you require expedited shipping, the cut-off time for same-day shipment is 12pm PST Monday-Friday. 

If you request expedited shipping and your billing and shipping address do not match OR your shipping address is a PO Box, we will NOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER until we are able to reach you and confirm this information at the telephone number provided with your billing information or, in some cases, via e-mail. For any orders over $200 or expidited orders over $100, we will not ship your order until the Credit Card Authorization has cleared and/or we have been able to reach you via telephone or email. We take these extra steps to ensure your privacy and protection and to prevent fradulent transactions and apologize for any inconvenience. If we are unable to reach you within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a refund. 


Lost/Stolen Packages

Katana Couture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In the event of a suspected lost or stolen package, please send an email to customerservice@katanacouture.com and we will do our best to assist you in contacting the correct courier to open an investigation to locate the missing package. All instances of suspected mail theft should be reported to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov) immediately.
